Snake Hill

Overlooking Wuhan Yangtze Bridge from Snake HillGetting its name from the snake-like fashion in which it marauds the The Yangtze River's south bank, Snake Hill, or Sheshan, lies opposite Gui Hill and completes a collection of land formations and developments which give the entire area of Wuhan City's Wuchang District its unique allure, coming in as one of the most popular tourist attractions in the whole region.

While the sheer beauty of the land formations which make up Snake Hill is enough of an attraction in itself, as has been proven by a number of celebrities that have come here for some sort of visually stimulated inspiration, if one seeks to take their experience of Snake Hill a notch up, there are a number of attractions contained on Snake Hill worth exploring, like the Yellow Crane Tower.

Highlights

Snake Hill offers a number of integrated resorts and vantage points to explore, some of which could qualify as attractions on their own, like White Cloud Tower, Shizhao Pavilion and Liuyan Pavilion, amongst many others, but one thing to always look out for is the apparent formation of the Yangtze River in relation to where it is viewed from on Snake Hill, as it can appear to look completely different at times, depicting its many personalities

Entrance Fees: 15 yuan

Snake Hill's admission fees come in two different dimensions, with the modest 20 Yuan option probably less preferred to the 80 Yuan option, since the 80 Yuan option integrates access to all the major tourist attractions on the hill that could qualify as stand-alone attractions, like the Yellow Crane Tower, so that would probably be the better option.
