Day 1

Hike along Xinan River.

Day 2

Place & Transport: Huangshan

Today's Activities: Xin'an River Hiking

Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch

Detailed Itinerary: Be transferred from Tunxi to Nan Yuan Kou, the headstream of Xin'an River. Then start to hike along Xin'an River for about 3-4 hours, the clear water and green hill is fancy, and we will hike through village and visit a famer's house or school en route. Then, we will be transferred back to Huangshan city.

Hiking Tips:

1. Wear walking shoes and clothes suitable for outdoor activities.

2. Don't forget to bring water, sunscreen, sun-glasses, and cap etc.

3. Spring and autumn are the best times, when the temperatures and humidity are lower.

Day 3

Place & Transport: Huangshan

Today's Activities: The Yellow Mountains, Yungu Cable Car

Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch, Chinese Dinner

Detailed Itinerary: Drive to the Huangshan scenic area. Take a cable car to the mountain. First visit Black Tiger Pine, Begin-to-Believe Peak and other sights along the road. Lunch is at Beihai hotel. After that, go down to the Grand Canyon in West Sea from Dispelling Cloud Pavilion. The canyon offers breathtaking sceneries with fewer visitors. Recommend to spend 2-3hours in the canyon. Back to the hotel in the later afternoon.

Day 4

Place & Transport: Depart Huangshan, Flight not included

Today's Activities: Hongcun Village, Yungu Cable Car, , Hotel to airport Transfer (Huangshan)

Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch

Detailed Itinerary: Watch the sunrise at Mercylight Pavilion. After breakfast, visit Flying-over-Stone and Bright Top Peak. Lunch is at a hotel on the mountain. Then, go down the mountain by cable car. After that, visit Hongcun Village, which is an ancient town over 800 years old leaning against Mt. Huangshan, it is folded in the fog of the Mt. which makes it look like a river and mountain picture. Transfer to the airport in the later afternoon.

Meals

This applies to all meals as specified in the itinerary. If the restaurant indicated is not available on the day, your guide will arrange another restaurant from our list of approved restaurants. Breakfast is usually a western style buffet. We endeavor to ensure that a choice of western and Chinese breakfasts are supplied, however there may be occasions when only a Chinese breakfast is available in some remote locations.

Private transfers

Transfers between airports, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing in Beijing, Xian and Shanghai by private air conditioned vehicle with a driver and an English-speaking guide. Your comfort is our priority! Click here to get a description of the vehicles that we use for our tours.

Guide

An English-speaking guide and driver will be provided in each city. The guide will remain with you throughout your time in that city. A new guide and a new driver will meet you at each city on your tour to provide you with the best local knowledge available.

Hotels

Hotel fees are based on two people sharing one room with twin beds. All hotels as listed in the itinerary serve daily western or Chinese breakfast. All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities unless specified.

Flights/Trains stated in the itinerary will be according to our arrangements. Privately arranged flights are not covered.
