Service provided for arrival guests: Our guide will welcome you at the train arrival, holding your name sign (group leader) and a sign of China Highlights Travel, so that you can not miss him/her. Your guide will accompany you on the journey, give a brief introduction to Shanghai and help you to check in when you reach the hotel. Service provided for departure guests: Our guide will call you a day earlier to settle down the best time and place to pick you up at the hotel. He/she will also accompany you to the station and help you to board the train. Note: please inform us ahead of time your train and carriage No. and the name of the hotel to ensure that our guide knows who to expect at the right time. If you have not confirmed your train at the time of booking, please give us the details in your further emails.

• Your guide will contact you a day before your tour date and confirm the appointment hotel and pick up time.
• Meet your guide at the hotel lobby at appointment time.
• Gratuities to your guide and diver are recommended.
• We will take you to quality local shops, but absolutely no force shopping.

Hotel Pickup

Please fill up the booking form with your contact information, and the hotel pick up is necessary to fill and for us to make an arrangement before the tour. Pick up service is for customers staying in middle ring or inner ring of Shanghai hotels, if pick up from Pudong airports, Hongqiao Airports, or Wusongkou, Baoshan Cruises Terminals, the extra cost of transfers are apply.
