Chongqing Chaotianmen Port Transportation

Located in the Northeast of Chongqing City, Chaotianmen Port is the biggest harbor on the upstream section of the Yangtze River. In summer and autumn each year, the green water from Jialing River mingles with the brownish yellow water from the Yangtze and can produce an unusual picture. There are 18 piers at Chongqing Chaotianmen Port. The No. 3, 7, 8, 11 piers are for Yangtze Cruises to embark and disembark. The Yangtze Cruises use different wharf based on their sailing dates as bellow:

* New century cruises berth at No. 7 or 11 piers.
* Victoria cruise will berth at No. 7 or 8 piers.
* CH Victoria, Blue Whale, Sunshine Chinaand Yangtze 1 will berth at No.3 or 7 piers.
* China Dragon fleet cruises will berth at No.7 pier.
* Yangzi Explorer will berth at No. 8 pier.

Transportation methods available to get to Chaotianmen Port:

Bus: NO. 704, 401, 601, 609 and 608.
Taxi: Chaotianmen Port from downtown Chongqing city takes 10-30 minutes and will cost 10-50 Yuan.
