Facilities:Obligatory tipping to ship's crew seems annoying-fare should be increased,and crew's wages increased,thereby eliminating tipping to crew.

Comfort:We upgraded to a suite,very disappointed no facilites and no comfort on Zhaojun Boat,We could not go through locks and had to by and charge boads.
